As a member of the marketing team, incumbent is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of our Social Media strategy in order to increase on-line presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Incumbent works with the Marketing team members and sales management for appealing content information, and clarity. Measures the success of each social media campaign.
The position is responsible for performing customer collections for all parts and service invoicing and monitoring the credit risk of customers. Responsibilities also include in-depth knowledge of MAS200 and IFS operations and processes with the ability to work with customers to resolve a variety of possible collection disputes. The Incumbent performs all job functions in high quality, efficient and timely manner. Incumbent works as a member of a team and assists team members as required. The incumbent is proactive in process improvement and makes recommendations to supervisor and team members on the process or product improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a degree in accounting/finance or the equivalent in experience and formal education, and a minimum of three years experience in collections. Incumbent must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to maintain professional conduct when dealing with customers, peers, builder representatives, and suppliers.
Under minimal direction incumbent is responsible for the overall delivery of a project; from proposal sign-off to customer acceptance. Serves as the customer contact – presents project status, manages the project change process, manages customer expectations, escalates issues as appropriate, handles billing/invoice issues, and identifies opportunities for follow-on work or new projects. Escalates issues that impact timing or budget to management, and works with Operations Manager for additional resources as needed during project life cycle.
Incumbent works with project from pre-sale through post-sale. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or the equivalent in formal training and experience, minimum 5 years in Project Management in a manufacturing environment or for machine tool capital equipment with engineering upgrades and services. Incumbent must have a strong mechanical/technical aptitude. Expert User/PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs and Project Management Software such as Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet is required. Strong negotiation, persuasion, problem solving and decision making skills is required.

Upon the identification of an opportunity, the Proposal Engineer will identify and collect information relevant to the production of a customer proposal. The incumbent and regional manager will use the team and supplier resources to develop a ‘best approach’ to the application and analyze associated risks, generates a project budget and proposal for the prospective customer. Incumbent works alongside the regional manager during the life-cycle of the opportunity. Responsibilities begin with the quoting phase through after receipt of order. During life of project the incumbent attends distributor/end-user meetings as required in an effort to reduce the requirement for engineering attendance. Supports any customer request from a project scope viewpoint. Incumbent must Maintain a technical fluency with Gosiger Automation robot products, Gosiger CNC machine tool product lines and associated parts manufacturing processes, and maintains a technical relationship with distribution partners and end users. Bachelor’s Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BAS); electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or the equivalent in education and experience with three to five years; industrial manufacturing and/or mechanical/electrical design experience. Must have demonstrated electro-mechanical aptitude, and experience in using 3D SolidWorks Software for concept design/layout. Excellent personal presentation skills, customer/supplier interviewing skills, excellent verbal and written presentation skills. Must be able to travel 10 to 15% of the time.
Position is responsible for driving the sales of robot automation to end-user customers through Gosiger & Non-Gosiger Okuma Distributorships. This position is primarily accountable for automation sales revenues, gross profit margins, and sales growth/market penetration through the identified account channels. Incumbent is also responsible to define and implement the strategies, plans and tactics to establish, develop, manage and maintain strong distribution partner and end-user customer relationships. The incumbent reports directly to the VP & GM of Gosiger Automation, LLC, or the Sales Manager, and interacts with Fanuc, Okuma, other suppliers and divisions for support and assistance.
This position is responsible for the design engineering of mechanical components for robotic automation cells. Under the direction of Sr. Engineers the incumbent will create sketches, illustrations, detail drawings and 3D models. Incumbent will be involved in all phases of the automation process from pre-sale concept drawings to final project implementation.
Incumbent is responsible for pre-sale development of workable automation concepts, creation of system design and layout conceptual drawings and preparation of budgets for the mechanical scope of work. Post-sale responsibilities include the final definition of scope of work for design and procurement of mechanical components and hardware.
Position provides technical expertise to internal and external customers for metal parts processing for Turnkey Engineering of CNC Machine Tools. Performs pre-sales and post-sales support. Interprets part prints, defines cutting process, tooling and workholding and utilizing tooling and fixturing knowledge, designs and develops machine programming processes to create part(s). Provides turnkey-support from kickoff to acceptance. Travel is estimated at 30%.
Position performs Turnkey hands-on engineering processes from CNC Machine arrival, run-off at Gosiger and, final acceptance run-off at customer site and operator training. Technical expertise includes developing machine processes to create metal parts; CNC machine tool set up, programming in G and M Code from scratch, designing and developing machine processes, and an in-depth knowledge of accessories, tooling and workholding. Customer’s are located across the United States with a large concentration in the Midwest. Travel is estimated at 50%.
Incumbent must have a strong working knowledge of the Machine Tool industry; products and services sold, and manufacturing production processes. Responsibilities include driving Machine Tool sales and value added services to current customers and prospect development. Incumbent is accountable for driving Machine Tool revenue, turnkey revenue, training revenue, margins, profit and growth. Our sales team members are accountable for account development, management, and develop and maintain strong customer relations. Incumbent interacts with inter-company departments for support and assistance.
Incumbent performs moderate to complex technical expertise in the installation, troubleshooting and repair of CNC Machine Tools. Possesses in-depth technical and product knowledge of CNC Machine Tools, work-holding, tooling and accessories. Knows latest technology and specializes in multiple technical areas of product; mechanical, electrical and controls. Trains junior-level/entry-level technicians. Travel required based on division and territory and location size. Travel up to 40%.
Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for driving Haas Machine Tool sales and value-added services to current customers and prospect development. Incumbent is accountable for driving Machine Tool revenue, automation, training revenue, margins, profit and growth. Incumbent is accountable for account development, management, and develop and maintain strong customer relations. Incumbent interacts with inter-company departments for team support and assistance. Maintains internal relationships ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction. Qualifications to join the HFO Milwaukee Sales team includes; Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or the equivalent in experience and formal education/training, minimum 3 years in position of consultative sales in the machine tool industry, strong mechanical/technical aptitude, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, demonstrated problem solving and decision-making, superior interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building, experience in project management and time management, and strong initiative, competitive nature and strong goal orientation.
