Miroku Machine Tool, Inc. has been successful as a Drilling Manufacturer. Miroku manufactures the machines, tooling and also owns several deep hole drill shops, which supply enormous amounts of data on deep hole drilling applications and aids in fully supporting customers.
In addition, Miroku has a long history and experience in deep hole system as they were first to establish as a spin-off from the parent company, a Firearm Manufacturer. Gun barrels require a very high usage and precise deep hole drilling equipment.
All of Miroku's standard machines have a cast iron coolant reservoir built into the bed or body, which allows the machine to have the rigidity to withstand a long usage period. For standard machines, the coolant is built in within the cast-iron made bed.
This will allow strong rigidity of the machine, which maintains very high efficiency over a long period of time.
