The Engineering Services Group (ESG) at Gosiger adds process engineering, project management and quality capability to the standard machine tools offered by Gosiger's distribution divisions. By creating processes that meet the quality and productivity standards customers require, the engineers are able to help customers more economically produce quality products. In working closely with the customer to implement engineered solutions; risk is reduced, manpower requirements are reduced and timelines to introduce a new manufacturing process are improved.
The competencies of the ESG staff include project management, manufacturing engineering, as well as statistical quality analysis. Projects have been successfully completed nationally and internationally.
If you decide to engage the Gosiger ESG group, expect to participate in the following process. The work and requirements the customer needs to complete will first be thoroughly reviewed and understood. Strategies for accomplishing the desired outcome will be discussed in detail to ensure every angle has been considered. After research, discussion and risk management has been explored, a scope of work is agreed upon along with detailed project costs and the associated timeline. The qualified Engineering Services Group then works closely with the customer to implement the agreed upon scope of work.
